Why TÈR
Done with love, by professionals, for professionals
Four things decide whether a build goes well: the craft, the service, the honesty and who does the structural work. These are ours.
Professional service
We approach every project with care and dedication. Done with love, by professionals, for professionals.
Honesty and integrity
We value our relationship with every client and work to make each experience a lasting one.
Structural expertise
Additions, shell work and concrete are our forte. The structural scope that others hand off is the reason homeowners and designers choose us.
How a TÈR project runs
Most of our clients arrive with a designer and a set of drawings. We take it from there, and if you need design partners, we will introduce you to firms we have built with.
Plans in hand
Bring your designer’s or architect’s drawings. If you are starting from scratch, we connect you with design partners suited to the project.
Pre-construction budget
A site walkthrough and a detailed line-item budget, so the number you plan around is the number we build to.
Structure and permitting
Palm Beach County permitting, engineering coordination, footings, concrete and shell. The part we do ourselves.
Build and finish
Framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, then finishes executed to the drawings, with a daily report from the site.
Handover
Walkthrough, punch list and a home built for the people who plan to stay in it.
Questions homeowners ask
What size projects does TÈR take on?
Additions, new construction and whole-home remodels, typically from $500,000. Our team, labor and supply chain are built for that scale of work.
Do you provide design services?
We are a construction company, and most of our clients already work with an interior designer or architect. We build to their drawings. If you need a designer, we can introduce you to design partners we have worked with.
Where do you build?
Across Palm Beach County, Florida, including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Jupiter.
Are you licensed?
Yes. TÈR is a Florida Certified General Contractor (licence CGC1534465).
Why lead with structural work?
Because it is where projects succeed or fail. Additions, shell work and concrete are our specialty, and keeping that scope in-house is how we protect your schedule, your budget and the design.
How does a project start?
Tell us about the property, the project type, your budget range and your timeline. We follow up, walk the site and prepare a detailed line-item budget before anything is signed.
Ready when your plans are.
Send us the drawings, or start the conversation before you have them. Either way, the first step is a walkthrough and a real budget.
