Three ways we build

Concrete, shell and framing are where TÈR wins jobs. Whether the project is a ground-up home, a second story or a whole-home remodel, the structural work stays in-house.

    New Construction

    Ground-up custom homes

Custom homes built on a structural foundation you can trust: footings, shell, framing and finish under one general contractor, executed to your architect’s and designer’s drawings.

    • Footings, slab and shell
    • Framing and envelope
    • Finish carpentry and handover

    Second stories and extensions

The structural work most remodelers subcontract is the work we do best. Second stories, extensions and outdoor living spaces, tied into the existing home the right way.

    • Structural engineering coordination
    • Concrete and steel
    • Tie-ins that last

How a TÈR project runs

Most of our clients arrive with a designer and a set of drawings. We take it from there, and if you need design partners, we will introduce you to firms we have built with.

  1. Plans in hand

Bring your designer’s or architect’s drawings. If you are starting from scratch, we connect you with design partners suited to the project.

  2. Pre-construction budget

A site walkthrough and a detailed line-item budget, so the number you plan around is the number we build to.

  3. Structure and permitting

Palm Beach County permitting, engineering coordination, footings, concrete and shell. The part we do ourselves.

  4. Build and finish

Framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, then finishes executed to the drawings, with a daily report from the site.

  5. Handover

Walkthrough, punch list and a home built for the people who plan to stay in it.
